Parking is very limited, just enough for 4 cars. The two cars parked at the front can't get out unless the two behind them are moved. We booked two rooms and were given rooms on the top floor that are actually part of the function hall on that floor. One room's AC didn't work, and its door wouldn't lock properly. The bathroom door didn't have a lock at all.

The rudest service came from the tall guy who came for room service, he acted like a Goon (Gunda). Receptionists weren't friendly either. Toilets were not clean, and breakfast had very few options and wasn't tasty. Linen was dirty and wasn't changed when requested. The wifi kept dropping, and the internet was very slow. They switched off the AC several times. I think the switches are at reception.

Room service didn't seem to exist, and nobody was there to deal with issues. The so-called hotel manager wasn't friendly. They didn't clean the room on the second day or provide fresh sheets and towels. Even basic items like toothpaste and a brush weren't provided, which was disappointing and unacceptable. It doesn't feel like a 3 star hotel, just a normal one, and isn't worth the price.

The room itself was good enough for the week I stayed for business, but the service was very poor for the price. I had to ask for everything, even complimentary water, tea powder, the kettle, and getting the AC switched on. The kettle they eventually gave me was broken and leaking. Room service also had to be requested, and they didn't change the linen. The property guidelines listed lots of benefits, but I didn't see any of them. At breakfast I had a few idly and asked for bread. They gestured that it wasn't available, though it was under the table, which was humiliating. No toothbrush or paste was provided. The towel was total trash, a white towel that looked grey. First of all, this isn't a three star hotel.
