The Chinese food we ordered to the room tasted very bad and seemed wrongly cooked, but the kitchen team wouldn't admit there was a mistake. The vegetarian breakfast was good, though. Stay here if you like, but don't expect the variety you'd get in a tier one city. Management should make sure the cooks know how to prepare the dishes they're serving, or the hotel's reputation could suffer. The room itself was quite good, neat and hygienic. All the best.

Right in the heart of the city, with basement parking for cars. I had a pleasant stay, enjoyed the food, and found the hospitality nice. A great hotel to stay at. Thanks so much. Cheers!

There was an insect hive outside the room, which looked natural and beautiful. The rooms were clean and great, but service was poor. I waited an hour for tea, and sometimes nobody even picked up when I called room service.

My friend left her earrings behind on her last stay. She called reception after leaving to ask about them, but got a cold response and they denied having her things. Bad hospitality.

The food has become awful. The soup didn't even taste like soup, and everything lacked both salt and spice. Maybe the chef is new and still training. It used to be good, but now it's a waste of money. I'm not going back.
