The hotel has a nice ambience, and the rooms are quite good for a comfortable stay. The restaurant was the problem: it took almost an hour to get our first order, and some staff didn’t respond well even after we repeatedly asked for faster service. We booked with an offer card from the hotel management, and I feel that may have led to the poor service we received. Restaurant staff need more training.

We spent three nights here while visiting Hampi. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped, and the staff were polite, prompt, and helpful. Prerna was especially helpful with our itinerary and suggested some lovely places to visit. It was a nice stay, and I’d recommend it to others.

Mr. Arvind took great care of us and made sure we were comfortable. The staff and service were good, the food was excellent, and the whole stay was very nice. 😊

The rooms were very clean, and the service was excellent. The location was less appealing: most rooms look out onto a busy road, while views from the others are blocked by nearby buildings. Factories in the area also cause quite a bit of pollution, so walking outside at night was unpleasant. The staff were accommodating. When my AC started making a loud noise, they immediately offered to move me. I decided to stay in my room because none of the alternatives had a better view.
