Hotel Shiva's Inn

Hot water for showers was the one good thing about the stay. The temple is described as nearby on Google, but it felt too far away. For the price, the experience fell short: the towels looked used and had large oil stains, and the room and property maintenance need work. The doors had big gaps and rattled whenever someone shut another door in the hotel. Staff didn’t seem very concerned about guests. When I asked for the WiFi password, they said the manager wasn’t available and to come back later. I asked again, and they promised to send it on WhatsApp, but it never arrived. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Housekeeping was slow, and the staff could use better training. The setting, though, is lovely, among the peaceful hills of Trimbakeshwar, with a scenic feel that suits both relaxing and spiritual visits. Manager Mr. Shailesh Kamble was helpful and attentive, and the Owner was genuinely open to feedback, which made the stay feel more personal.

The food was hit or miss, but the location near Trambakeshwar Temple is hard to beat. Hotel Shivaji has a calm atmosphere and stunning Western Ghats views, with clean, comfortable rooms. The staff made an effort to make us feel at home. Just got back, and I’d stay again for a relaxed getaway.

The room view straight toward brahamigiri mountains was amazing, and the hospitality was so good. Staff were friendly and understanding. My family is strictly vegetarian and we don’t eat onion or garlic, so Jain thali often isn’t to our taste, but the food here was so delicious that my mother especially loved it. In my experience, this is the best hotel. If you’re visiting triambak for 2-3 days or longer, I’d consider staying here.
