We were a family of four generations, and the safari logistics made the whole trip much easier. The resort handled coordination and pickup and drop-off smoothly. It's also very close to Khursapar Gate, which was convenient for safari access. The hospitality stood out most. Every staff member was humble, warm, and attentive, especially the dining team, who kept checking that everything was right and encouraged us to enjoy the facilities. The food had excellent quality and taste, with plenty of variety. Even the booking was thoughtful: the executive sent videos and pictures of the rooms so we could choose the one that suited us. Everyone, including our child and parents, had a wonderful stay. It's hard to describe how well the small details were handled, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

The water park was the highlight for my child and made the visit extra special. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout.
