We had an amazing three-day stay, and the staff were kind and helpful with whatever we needed. The food was tasty, too. The place has lawns and open space, plus big rooms with furniture, a kettle, AC, TV, and hot water around the clock. Beds were comfortable, there were cupboards for luggage, and parking inside the property felt safe, which is missing in 90% of Udaipur hotels. It’s outside the old crowded city, peaceful but well connected and still close to the old city. Really a five-star property. Thanks for making our stay memorable.

Fatehsagar lake is beautiful, and the retreat is quite close to it. The rooms were spacious and hygienic, all at very economic prices. Staff behaved really well, and the service and hospitality were excellent. My family and I had a great stay at Ambavgarh retreat. Highly recommended when visiting Udaipur!

The rooms and everything else were clean and well maintained, and the staff treated us with real politeness and humility. We had a pleasant stay at ambhavgarh and really enjoyed it. I’d recommend this property to anyone planning a Udaipur trip on a tight hotel budget 🫰🏼♥️

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well furnished, with a homely feel. Views of the lake and hills add to the appeal. The staff were professional, caring, and good, and the cook was nice. Basil-Restaurant served delicious, quality food.
