We needed somewhere at the last minute because our previous hotel was full, so we spent one night at Aura on 15th February. The rest of our stay had already been booked at Amar Kothi, just opposite. I didn't get a chance to take photos after the sudden change, but the property looked neat and well managed. The room was clean, comfortable, and modern, with updated facilities. There was parking for around 4-5 vehicles, which was a plus. It’s about 1.5 km from the city centre, with good connections and autos nearby. Direct autos usually charge around ₹100 per km, so I’d recommend Uber. A comfortable one-night stay, especially if you want modern rooms, parking, and convenient transport.

The restaurant staff and chef were friendly and very good. They accommodated our request to change how the food was prepared, and the result was excellent. Mr Nitesh was especially helpful and generous. We had a great stay at Aura Boutique Hotel, and what stood out was how readily the team handled a housekeeping request, promptly and with a smile. If something you expect isn't in the room service or general housekeeping, just ask and they’ll happily bring it. Their care for guests was impressive.

The breakfast was nice, though simple, and we would have liked more variety, perhaps a menu or buffet. We didn't try dinner on the roof. The modern, spacious rooms were very clean, and we really enjoyed our stay. It was the best hotel we stayed at in India.

The rooftop restaurant has a lovely view over Udaipur and Pichola lake. The hotel itself is modern and cozy, with spacious, clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. We used the well-priced laundry service. It’s a 10-minute walk from the old town, or a 3-minute tuktuk ride, and Fateh Sagar lake is also walkable. Breakfast was included, with enough choices for a meal, though not a big selection.

We stayed with family and had a great experience. The rooms were good, breakfast was the best, and the staff were superb. One of the best hotels.
