I’d recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a quiet stay away from the chaos. It’s in a residential area, so there isn’t much traffic noise. The staff were very kind and the service was top-notch. Check-in and checkout went smoothly, and they helped with my luggage and getting my bike out on a chilly morning. They also gave me safe parking for my superbike, something even a 5-star hotel wouldn’t provide because they treated it as a two-wheeler. Thank you very much.

The reviews made this place look like it had paid for them. I checked in at 10:30 pm and waited 15 minutes because nobody was at the counter. My Super Deluxe room had a third bed that left no room to move. The sheets were dirty, there was fungus on the bed’s backrest, and the mattress was uncomfortable. The commode was very dirty too. Be careful in the bathroom, the water pressure is so strong it could hurt someone. There’s a bucket for bathing but no stool to sit on. Breakfast was completely cold and spicy. The stay was a total disappointment and not worth $50. I ask management to keep the hotel in good shape, since many families depend on it.

Breakfast was enjoyable and fairly priced, and the staff were courteous when issues came up. Check-in was quick and smooth, and I got my room promptly at 1:30 PM. The room itself was quite small and cozy, but didn’t feel worth the price compared with similar hotels. The refrigerator and air conditioning weren’t working properly, and an unpleasant smell lingered even after I used air freshener. A mixed stay at Avins Beacon, with good service but a room that fell short on comfort and quality.

Good value for money, and the staff were polite and helpful. Mr. Narendrasing at reception deserves special thanks for the excellent support. I had a great experience.

The place was spacious, comfortable, clean, and well maintained, with air conditioning and hot water. It’s in a prime location and easy on the wallet, and the friendly atmosphere made it a lovely place to stay with my friends last month. I had no complaints and would definitely recommend it.
