Bhraj Inn Hotel Udaipur

We were four people from Delhi with a confirmed Agoda booking made on 12th Aug for a stay from 14th Aug to 16th Aug. Arriving early on the 14th, we were told by the hotel management lady that our room wasn't available. She didn't take responsibility and rudely said we could pay extra for another hotel or cancel the booking ourselves. We were tourists unfamiliar with the area, which made this even harder. The hotel is far from Udaipur city, so getting around is difficult if you don't have your own transport. The owner's behavior was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. There was no apology, hospitality, or help. This became harassment, not just an inconvenience. If you care about your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid this hotel completely. There are better options in and around Udaipur where guests are treated respectfully.

The rooftop is lovely, and the service was great too. I especially liked the tomato soup, fried rice Manchurian, and malai kofta. They have both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food, and the dishes I tried were amazing.

We spent two nights here and had a pleasant stay. The hotel’s interior and location both stood out to me, and everything from the food to room service was neat and well done.

It was a good experience overall, though the price felt very high for this location. The bedsheets hadn’t been washed properly, with blood stains and dirt on them, and the glasses were dirty too.
