Sightseeing is easy from this well-located Udaipur property, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. It’s good value if accessibility and clean rooms are your priorities. The food was mixed: the main course was fine, but the Suji Halwa was too oily and had a strange aftertaste, nowhere near the quality of the rest of the meal. I also wish the breakfast selection were broader.

The staff were quick, courteous, and incredibly helpful, even sharing advice on Udaipur’s attractions and places to visit. Thanks to Sanjay, Manish, Shankarji, Vijay, and Srichand for making us comfortable. Our room was spacious and great, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. Everything was great.

The rooms smelled bad, basic items like soap were missing, and cleanliness overall was disappointing. Most upsetting was how rude and disrespectful the staff were to our family. They spoke to us in a threatening, humiliating way, and treated the women in our group disrespectfully. Hospitality should mean treating guests with dignity, and this place fell far short. Management needs to train staff in basic manners and customer service. Our Udaipur experience was completely ruined, and I’d never recommend this hotel.

Sanjay, Hemant, and Shree Chand took such good care of me during my stay at Hotel City Connect. They were professional, polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Guard Sahab was courteous and watchful too, helping guests feel safe and looked after. My room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. I’m extremely satisfied with the hospitality and service, and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area. I felt right at home, almost like family.

Chef Dhanraj and Jaypal made the food delicious, and every meal was memorable. I also appreciated Pankaj’s friendly manner and excellent service. Sanjay, Hemant, and Shreechand were constantly helpful and welcoming throughout my stay at Hotel City Connect. The clean, comfortable, well-kept room made it easy to relax, and the staff’s warmth made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Fantastic experience, and I’d recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the city.
