Jitendr, thanks. The hospitality was very good, the room had enough space, and the bathrooms were good. There was only one small soap for four guests over a two-night stay, but reception can provide more if you ask. Staff responded quickly, and the restaurant was nice, with tasty food but a limited menu. Parking may be difficult, though they’ll help. The location is a little outside the center, but it’s okay since there’s a market nearby.

This felt uncomfortable and not safe for families. At about 3:30 AM, something in the room started beeping nonstop, waking my frightened wife. She called the service desk, and a staff member came and temporarily covered the device with paper and cello tape until the noise stopped, but the problem continued through the night. I also asked for drinking water, but it never arrived, even after an hour and several follow-ups. The service desk staff were arrogant and unhelpful. A very disappointing stay.

Even though we contacted the hotel team a day beforehand, they still didn’t give us access. What kind of behavior is that? Making sure customers have a good check-in experience is your responsibility.

We didn’t receive the things that had been promised, and the behavior was unprofessional. Nobody seemed to be there to attend to guests. In the morning, the security guard was serving breakfast, and he was the same person who brought us water when we asked. It felt like there were no staff at all.

We were initially given room 306, which had no TV or intercom, but it was later changed. After that, the stay was pleasant. We also had to ask for everything before it was provided.
