There was garbage around the property, and the hotel didn't feel like a hotel at all. We found a pile of plastic bottles outside our room, the sheets were dirty, the flush didn't work, and there was hair all over the bathroom. The room and bathroom smelled awful, and the tap was so unpleasant I couldn't touch it. There was no soap, shampoo or drinking water, and the TV didn't work. They say the hotel is accessible for disabled guests, but there's no lift, and we were put on the third floor. When we arrived, two boys were asleep and it took me ten minutes to wake them. Staff insisted that I pay them directly instead of through the Oyo app. This was the worst hotel experience I've had. Please don't stay here.

At checkout, staff took my phone to enter some details in the OYO app and gave themselves five-star ratings in every department. Earlier, I had booked through the app but was refused check-in at reception because they said there was no room. After I complained to OYO, they assigned one, but it was in terrible condition, as if it hadn't been cleaned for days. The bedsheet was dirty, the TV didn't work, there was no lift, and there was no soap or water bottle. The staff were rude. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

I was told AC rooms were available, but there weren't any. The worst place I've ever visited.

The location is close to the station, though it's far from the city's attractions. My stay was unsatisfactory: the TV and AC didn't work, and staff didn't respond properly when I asked about facilities. They were rude to guests and refused payment through the Oyo app, insisting I pay the hotel directly, so I couldn't use the discount Oyo offered.

I spent two days here and found it a very bad hotel. There was no Wi-Fi or parking, and cleanliness was poor. They also asked for extra money. There were no facilities worth mentioning.
