Hotel Grand Bhagwat

The calm atmosphere and comfortable rooms made this a wonderful stay. Food was delicious, everything was well managed, and the place exceeded expectations for cleanliness and hospitality. The staff were amazing and really helpful. One of the best stays I've had in a long time ❤️

The night staff were the worst part. When we asked for help, they started misbehaving and harassing us, and threatened to make us leave at midnight, despite our having paid in advance. They treated us like intruders and asked us to check out. We had to call reception repeatedly for basics like extra towels, toiletries, and warm water, but were ignored. The room wasn't clean, the toiletries were useless, and there was no warm water. The staff seemed completely apathetic, like they don't value customers. The washroom has no exhaust fan, so bad smells stay there, and they hide it with room freshener. Don't book any room here. I'm still fuming about the terrible service and rude behavior. This wasn't just a bad stay, it felt like being treated like dirt. We're reporting this to the authorities and sharing what happened everywhere. I urge agoda to delist the property and put customer safety and experience ahead of profits. DO NOT STAY HERE. Rating: minus 5/5 stars, I'd give less if I could. 🚫

The rooms were neat, hygienic, and thoughtfully designed, and the hospitality made us feel very welcome. We had a wonderful experience and felt it was worth the money. A great place for families and friends, and we'd love to visit again ❤️

The calm, relaxing atmosphere and the polite, helpful staff made for a memorable Udaipur stay. Our room was clean and spacious, and I'd definitely recommend the place.
