The rooftop was a lovely place to watch the Udaipur sky in the evening, and the peaceful setting away from city noise made it easy to unwind. Our room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. Pravin Bhai surprised us with a bonfire on the rooftop, elegant lighting, and speakers, which felt magical and thoughtfully done. He was cheerful, warm, and always smiling. The staff kept checking that we were comfortable, and Manager Yash was professional, polite, and easy to approach. We had a short but memorable stay, and I wish we’d had more time to enjoy the property and its warm atmosphere. Pravin Bhai, keep smiling and spreading happiness, your smile can brighten someone’s day. Until next time 🫶 Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Udaipur.

The food deserves a special mention, it was honestly the best I’ve ever tasted from a hotel kitchen. We had a great two-day stay at Emperor Palace, with beautiful views and lots of lovely places for photos. The welcoming, humble staff made us feel at home, check-in and check-out were easy, and room service was quick and attentive. They even arranged a rented scooty, which made exploring Udaipur much easier. Highly recommend it.

I had to wait six hours with my kid before I could get accommodation, because the new management couldn’t confirm my booking even after Agoda sent an online booking confirmation by email. This place is no longer fab, and the management is terrible. I never expected this in Udaipur. Worst experience ever.
