Fabhotel Homestay By 7

This was the worst experience I've had, and it ruined my trip. After I had fully prepaid, they asked me for more money, saying they couldn't afford the price. Then I was told I should have called the hotel to confirm the rates, which made no sense to me. I spent two hours arguing over the room I'd already booked and paid for before finally getting it. There was only one person at the front desk, no cleaning staff, no lift, and no other facilities. Some rooms didn't even have their own bathroom. There was no TV, no window curtains, and no bathroom doormat. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

We were first given Shivalaya hotel, then moved from there to their 7 horses hotel. The room we got had no attached bathroom, and we were told to use one outside on the terrace. When we asked to cancel and go to another hotel, they checked us in anyway.

In October, my family and I booked this hotel through oyo and arrived at 11:30 am. A man at the small reception refused to check us in before noon, then left. We waited until 12:40 without anyone returning. After we called oyo, they contacted the manager, who gave the assistant false information, saying they had already arrived. I called oyo again, but the hotel continued giving misinformation. In the end they refused our check-in, and nobody was at reception. Luckily, oyo moved our booking to a reputable hotel, but the whole ordeal took almost three hours and caused a lot of stress. This feels like a fraudulent property, and I don't know why oyo still lists it. From this experience, make my trip seems good enough to me, since they maintain their standards.

I booked one of the two properties with the same name through Agoda and had a confirmed reservation. After driving more than 15 hours from my hometown, I reached the location around 10:30 at night. Nobody was there to help. A passerby pointed out a phone number on the reception wall. When I called, they asked how much I'd paid and how long I planned to stay, then said they couldn't afford that price and wouldn't check me in. A young man eventually came and said the place I'd booked was for long-term rentals, and daily stays were at another property. They took me there but refused to check me in there too unless I paid an extra Rs. 1000/-. I was left outside for about an hour and a half, contacting Agoda's helpline. Agoda finally cancelled the booking without a penalty. Stranded, I then paid another 3000/- for two nights at the same chain's other location. The room smelled extremely bad. The manager sprayed some freshener when I asked, but it barely helped. At that price they didn't provide complimentary packaged drinking water, let alone breakfast. I had forgotten toothpaste and soap, and the manager did give me those when I asked. The staff were extremely rude, with no helpful attitude or care for customers. They have no work ethics, honesty, or code of conduct, and run the place however they like. The listings on booking portals seem only to draw people in. I strongly advise people not to book any 7 horses property. I wanted to give a negative rating, but the stars don't go below zero. Management may reply to cover things up, so don't fall for it. You know why I'm saying this?
