The owner treated customers with a lot of affection and respect, and the service was good. The room had all the facilities and was excellent for anyone visiting udaipur at a better price.

I booked online, but when I arrived the hotel refused to check me in, saying they were sold out. If they had no rooms, why accept my booking? The person from the hotel was also very rude. I might have given zero if that were an option.

We were there for one day and didn't enjoy the stay much. The staff were polite, which was the one good point. The room was cramped with hardly any space, and the restroom was just as small. The bedspread and pillow covers weren't clean, and there was a strange smell, maybe cigarette smoke. Don't rely on the photos and reviews.

The bathroom was a disaster, there was no hot water, and the wifi didn't work. The owner was a liar, and my one-day stay was a very bad experience. Nobody told me the AC only works in summer, or that AC and non-AC rooms have separate prices when I booked. DON'T VISIT THIS GARBAGE PLACE.

The pillow covers and blankets were dirty, and the photos and reviews we booked from seemed fake. The staff being nice doesn't help when the things you need are messed up. The room was the tiniest I've stayed in, about 7x10, with a 3x4 toilet. Apart from the entrance, there was barely room to stand on the floor. We were on the bed practically the whole time. If that's the intention, climb up and stay there.
