Our room was spacious and well maintained, and the bed was comfortable. We had a good stay, helped by friendly, helpful staff and waiters who couldn’t do enough for us. The meal included in our package was fine. This is a large, attractive heritage style hotel a little out of town, so it’s quieter. It was immaculately clean throughout. There are two clean, well-maintained pools, though both are quite shallow. The ground floor one seemed to stay in the shade, so we didn’t use it. The rooftop pool had lovely views and loungers and towels, but no steps to get in or out. The rooftop restaurant felt a bit soulless and could use a nicer interior. The long corridors outside the rooms echo a lot, which disturbed us occasionally.

After checkout in the morning, the staff let us leave our luggage in their storage area until night, which made the day much easier. We were two women and felt completely safe throughout our stay. The staff were helpful and cooperative, and the breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Fateh Niwas is a huge, beautiful, well-maintained property. Our room was comfortable, spacious, and very clean. It’s only about 10-15 minutes from the old city by bike, though auto drivers tend to charge high fares, especially in tourist season. We’d definitely recommend staying here.

We ate really well, with plenty of variety, and the chef even came by to ask if everything was okay. Breakfast was great too. The terrace was a highlight, with lovely views, a pool, and a bar right by the restaurant. Our room had a great view and a very comfortable bed. The area was super quiet, and the curtains made it so dark we couldn’t even tell it was daytime. Service was outstanding, with lovely people doing everything they could to make our stay nice. I’d highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay a little way from the city 🥰

The staff were excellent, always smiling and polite. Our spacious, clean room had a balcony, and the large property was well maintained. It’s away from the tourist spots, so it was quiet, and there was plenty of parking. The buffet breakfast was good. The rooftop restaurant wasn’t as impressive, especially for the price. A good place to stay, but eat elsewhere!

The stay itself was comfortable and pleasant, but the restaurant food and service fell short of what we expected. With luxury hotel prices, we expected dining and service to meet that level. I hope management looks into this and makes improvements to the restaurant experience.
