From room number **3 I had a great view, and you can see the whole city from the rooftop too. The staff were gentle, friendly, and caring. They also rent bikes. It was a great way to explore the old city differently, and I’d recommend this property to anyone visiting Udaipur. You’ll love it.

After we paid the rental charge and deposit, they gave us poorly maintained scooters from another brand instead of the high-quality Activa they had promised. One scooter couldn't be used, and the replacements were in bad shape too. They later demanded ₹200 extra per scooter to extend the trip, despite saying it would be at the same rate. When we raised the issue, the owner was rude and dismissive. It felt like profit mattered more than customer satisfaction. A completely unprofessional experience, don't waste your time or money.

The office attitude was rude and unprofessional, with no concern for customer satisfaction. We were told we'd get a well-kept Activa, but after paying the rental and deposit, we got poor scooters from another company. One was completely unacceptable and the others weren't in good shape either. The owner had agreed to keep the same price for an extension if we told him by 8 PM, then added ₹200 per scooter anyway. He didn't keep his word. I wouldn't recommend this rental service.

Bhai, he charges 550 rupees for the Activa, but gives a scooter like the one available just across the road for only 300. You'd be better off not going to him, given the condition. We paid the rental charges and deposit expecting the high-quality Activa he promised, but got poorly maintained scooters from a different brand. The owner's rude, unprofessional manner made an already disappointing rental worse. We'd been promised a maintained Activa, but were given poor-condition scooters from another brand. One was so bad that we rejected it, and the replacements weren't much better. We agreed that an extension would cost the same if we informed him by 8 PM, but he later raised the price by ₹200 per scooter. He seemed more interested in profit than customer satisfaction.
