From outside, the hotel doesn't look like much, but the rooms and interior were a pleasant surprise. The rooms are furnished and equipped well, and they provide plenty of complimentary grooming items. We liked the food too, and the staff were friendly and helpful when we needed travel information and directions.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel for families, and it didn't feel safe for women. There was noise and drinking through the night, which the hotel allowed. The place was unclean and looked nothing like the marketed pictures, with stained bedsheets and dirty bathrooms. In the attached picture of the hotel storeroom, alcohol bottles can be seen on the floor.

The room was good, but getting to it was frustrating after so much walking around Udaipur. The parking area was a mess and the lift wasn't working, so we had to use the stairs. The hotel and rooms themselves were good.

The hotel is easy to spot from the road and starts on the first floor. It's on the main road opposite B.N.college, with PIZZA BURST Restro downstairs, which is handy if you like pizza. The facilities are fine and it's a nice hotel.

The hotel's art collection, sourced from local artists, is really remarkable. The suites were comfortable and kept to a good standard of hygiene, and the staff were efficient and hospitable. Getting around is convenient too, about 3 minutes to the railway station and 30 minutes to the airport.
