Hotel City Express By Downtown Udaipur

The location is spot on, and the food and service were both very nice. Front office manager Chirag Meena was especially helpful and humble, finding ways to help us beyond his capabilities. Early check-in and easy checkout were both hassle-free. Mr Preetam from housekeeping was humble and helpful too. I’d recommend this hotel for a nice boutique stay on a budget.

At city express, the rooms were tidy and very clean, and the staff were supportive and cooperative. Service was fast too. MR RAKESH was especially well behaved and such a good person. He helped us a lot with exploring Udaipur and making the stay memorable.

The food at the restaurant was fresh and delicious. The butter naan and paneer lababdar were especially good, with great taste and preparation. Pratik gave outstanding support during my stay and was very helpful arranging the bike rental and restaurant services. I rented an Activa for 2 days, and it was clean, smooth, and in very good condition. They offer bikes to hotel guests without any deposit, which felt trustworthy and professional, and was much better than renting from outside vendors. A fantastic experience with great hospitality. Highly recommended!

The location made it easy to explore nearby places, and both the food and service were good, with quick and efficient service. I had a comfortable stay here with my family. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were polite, professional, and always willing to help. I’d recommend the hotel and would love to return in the future.
