The service was okay, nothing especially impressive but not bad either. I found some things about the room quite good and other parts in need of a little improvement. The location was decent, with a few conveniences and a few minor drawbacks. Overall, I had a rather pleasant experience. 😊🏨✨🌆

The service was pathetic and completely unprofessional, and the filthy rooms and washrooms had no hygiene at all. The worst hotel experience ever. A total waste of money. I’m never coming back.

The rooms were in very poor condition, and the locks were broken. There was a bad smell in the rooms, and the washroom was both dirty and broken.

We found the best room in Coppel, close to the railway station, at a great price. The staff were good too, especially Hitesh, whose behaviour was very nice.

We saw the room and left without staying. It was awful, with a really bad smell and a terrible washroom.
