The older staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. One of them looked like a dacoit, and they acted cheaply, threatened me with a police complaint, and said they would kill me. I was visiting Udaipur and had no contacts there, so I felt they tried to harass me. They charged me more money afterward and also tried to beat me. I felt helpless because of how wild they were acting.

I suffered through my stay here. They gave me a local daily-use room used by staff and asked for 1000 rs. There was no privacy: my room was on the ground floor, with so many people outside it.

I paid a good price of 2700/- to book this hotel, but breakfast had no options and took an hour to arrive. They served tea in a broken, dirty cup, and the water bottle had been opened and sealed again, among other problems. It was a terrible experience, and I strongly don't recommend it. There are plenty of other options at a good price.

We stayed overnight on 18/3 and left early the next morning. It was a very average stay, but you get what you pay for. Regards, Tony and Sandra Govender - Australia

The location is good, near the market. The rooms are clean, and the staff behave well.
