Hotel Tulip Le Grand

Food took a long time to arrive, about half an hour after ordering. The location also felt odd, right on the highway, with bus and truck horns going all night. The rooms themselves were good, but outside them there was garbage by other rooms and no cleanliness.

Maintenance was a complete disaster. The room door lock wouldn’t close, and in the December cold the windows wouldn’t shut either. Basic hygiene was missing, security wasn’t there, and service was horrible. We had to shower in cold water, and instead of bottled water they gave us salty bore water. The lift shook, and the food was very average. This was the worst experience we’ve had, and in my opinion the hotel isn’t even worth one star.

The room was clean, well maintained, and had all the amenities, while the front desk staff were polite and cordial. Service was efficient, making for a comfortable stay. The hotel was easy to reach and convenient for getting around. Food quality was quite good, though I think the taste could have been better.

The facilities felt worth the price, and I had a very good two-night stay. In September, I found the hotel neat, clean, and safe. It was easy to get into the city, and the staff were great, with everything just a call away. There was good food, a very clean swimming pool, and an amazing mountain view from the room. A really nice experience.
