At Hotel Veer Palace, even the cleanliness and basic amenities were below average. Room service took too long, and when I brought up a concern, the response was aggressive and unacceptable. The staff were inattentive, unprofessional, sometimes rude and abusive, and showed very little courtesy or respect. It felt as if guest satisfaction didn't matter to them. I came expecting comfort and a peaceful stay, but had a very unpleasant experience. I wouldn't recommend this place, especially to anyone expecting basic decency and hospitality.

The hotel is fairly good for this price range, and the staff were helpful. The AC had some issues, though: it didn't work with the generator when the power went out. Its location is handy, about 7-10 minutes by auto from the bus stand and railway station.

They cancelled our booking at the last minute, at night. It seemed they would take a reservation and then cancel if a tourist offered more. We had to find somewhere else.

The main issue was how rudely the staff spoke to guests, using abusive language. Service was extremely poor, and the reception staff were also unprofessional and disrespectful. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had, and I personally recommend that people don't visit veer palace.

The location worked well, with famous places around the city nearby. We stayed for 5 days 4 nights, and found the rooms really clean. The food was very nice, and the service and attention to customers were humble and good. Our experience was really good. Thank you, and please keep up the cleanliness and service.
