Jeevan Tara Club & Resort

Munasir and Nilam made our stay especially comfortable with their warm hospitality and excellent service. Everyone we dealt with was polite, helpful, and attentive. We had a wonderful time at Jeevan Tara Resort and would happily recommend it.

I’m staying at Jeevantara Hotel now, and I’m having a terrible experience. The first mineral water bottle I ordered had a broken seal, which made me suspicious, so I ordered two more to check. It looked clear to me that used bottles were being refilled with regular tap water and sold as mineral water. Paying for that is unacceptable, and the broken seals and unhygienic water are a serious health concern. This felt like outright fraud, with very poor service. Please stay away if you care about your health.

The bathroom smelled so bad that my son was spraying deodorant every two hours, and the AC and fans weren’t maintained well either. The in-house kitchen also struggles when the number of guests rises even a little. This is really someone’s property run by a third party based in Gurgaon, rather than a proper hotel. If you book here, you may be stuck with accessibility problems and unable to use public transportation. I wouldn’t pay more than 2k-3k for it, and only if there were no other options.

The staff wouldn’t listen to our concerns, and they even asked us to pay extra just to sit in the garden. The surroundings were unhygienic, and the cleanliness was unacceptable. Our beds were uncomfortable, and the room itself was in terrible condition, nothing like the photos online. I honestly don’t understand the 5-star ratings. It makes you wonder if they’re genuine or posted by the hotel.
