Keshav Resort

The mountain views were a lovely way to start each day, and the resort’s quiet setting felt far removed from the city. My room was spacious, clean, and well equipped, and the staff were warm and attentive from arrival through checkout. I especially enjoyed the food, whether having breakfast by the pool or dinner outdoors under the stars. The pool was inviting, and the spa treatments made it easy to unwind after exploring nearby attractions. Keshav Resort gave me a comfortable, luxurious stay, and I’d happily come back.

We were there for a wedding, and the whole group had a terrible time. Staff spoke pleasantly when we made requests, but often didn’t follow through. Clean sheets and towels weren’t brought even after repeated requests, and the bathrooms, both private and shared, were dirty. We also faced unexplained extra charges, including for electricity, the pool, and chairs, despite paying according to the price card. Breakfast wasn’t included in our package. The owner’s claims in response to our complaint didn’t match our experience, and even the police were not on their side. The rooms and outdoor areas smelled of the gutter, and there were lots of bugs. The bathroom problems included a broken flush, no hot water, a stuck shower tap, and an exhaust fan pulling in a foul smell. Drainage was awful, and the odor reached the rooms. There were frequent power cuts without backup, the AC remote didn’t work, and the reception number never connected. Network coverage and transport were also difficult. Management seemed more interested in blaming guests than solving problems. This was a horrible stay, and the place did not feel worth the money at all. I’d choose an ordinary hotel with prompt service and a cleaner environment.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, and the spacious room made it easy to relax. Keshav had amenities that went beyond what I expected, too. I’d recommend Keshav Resort to anyone looking for a comfortable place with great service.

The food was delicious, and the activities were organized smoothly, which helped make the visit memorable. The resort’s beautiful setting and luxurious amenities exceeded what I expected, and the warm welcome and attentive service began as soon as I arrived. A lovely choice if you’re after both relaxation and indulgence.
