Sita Royal Lakside Chalet

My family of eight stayed on 25 and 26 Jan 2026, and we had a nice time. The rooms were big and clean, the food was delicious, and the staff behaved well. The restaurant and housekeeping teams were especially good. I do have one suggestion for the owner: there were hidden charges for water, tea, and check-in and check-out time. You adjusted my bill because of a system mistake, but making those complimentary would give guests a more satisfying finish. A satisfied customer can bring plenty of business. I recommend this property to anyone visiting udaipur. Thanks.

I stayed at the Sita Royal Hotel three days ago and really liked the service. The staff were very helpful, so if you visit Udaipur, I'd personally recommend staying at the Sita Royal Lakeside Chalet. I think people posting negative feedback have personal issues. I hope you'll come, enjoy it, and share your experiences.

The rooms looked new and well built, and the location is why we picked this hotel. But service was really poor. We had to call reception for everything, including towels, handwash, and even glasses. They also said a room is limited to just two towels. For what they charge, the service isn't up to standard. We've had better service at some dharmsalas.

The rooms themselves were good, but the staff's attitude and service were a letdown. We paid the full amount in advance, yet what we got fell far short of expectations. The front desk woman was particularly rude and seemed full of herself. At times, the place felt more like a Dharamshala than a hotel. The staff came across as arrogant. The manager and owner need to address this seriously if they want the hotel to succeed.
