The location and staff were the only things I liked, so one star for those. The room itself was in awful shape: the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, the pillow cover was dirty, and there was a bad smell in the washroom. The mattress is old and needs replacing. I was extremely disappointed by the beds, bathroom, and walls, especially for the price. Check everything carefully before taking a room here, or choose another hotel.

The room was really bad, and the bed wasn't good either. The hotel provided no service. A very poor experience. Don't stay here.

The place felt almost haunted, and there were no other customers around. Nothing seemed clean, and the owner's behaviour was bad. There was no free Wi-Fi, no AC, and no ventilation. I wouldn't book a room here.

The bathrooms were extremely dirty, and the bed covers and blankets were filthy and never cleaned. Staff behaviour was irritating, and they didn't provide even basic service. The stair lights were broken, and we were told not to use the lift, leaving older people to climb the stairs at risk. This was the worst hotel I've seen.

I booked through OYO and went to the property, but the manager refused to let me in unless I paid more. He said he had cancelled the OYO booking, then checked me in through OYO anyway, so he would collect all the money. I reported it to the OYO team and got a refund. This felt like a complete scam, so don't fall for it.
