We booked premium rooms at Tatsaara Resort and had a very pleasant, relaxing visit. The rooms were cozy, clean and well looked after, so we felt comfortable as soon as we arrived. It's a beautiful, quiet place, great for a short break with family or friends, with a calm atmosphere and a real sense of being close to nature. The staff were polite and supportive, always willing to help. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would love to visit again. A great place to unwind and get away from the daily routine.

The restaurant's staff were very humble, and Gaurav Pant went above and beyond to help with our request. The Su Chef, I think his name was Sunil, was also very humble and made excellent lunch for us. There were lots of vegetarian choices, plus a live dosa counter and a tea stall, both nice bonuses. The reception, rooms and outdoor area all had a lovely, relaxing ambience. The room decor was excellent. We didn't use the pool, but it looked clean and well maintained. The resort is far from the city, and you have to take a village road for about 4km to reach it. That distance also puts it in a quiet spot away from the city's bustle.

The evening service was very slow. We had to call three times just to get plates and glasses, and even little things like bicycles cost extra despite the high prices. They could offer better value for money. Still, the stay was pleasant, with nice rooms, good food and a pleasant ambience. The staff were polite, and Himani was incredibly helpful.

We went to TatSaraasa Resort & Spa from the 21st to the 23rd of November for our anniversary, and it was such a beautiful, memorable break. It's a peaceful, scenic place away from city noise, with amazing views. Our room was comfortable, clean and well maintained, and the staff were warm, polite and attentive. Their little gestures and good service made the anniversary feel special. We enjoyed the food, spent time by the pool and relaxed around the property. We'd happily return and recommend it to anyone after a calm, romantic getaway.

The concierge knew a lot about local attractions, which made planning our trip easy. From the moment we arrived, the staff made a great first impression, with warm smiles and a real willingness to help with directions and suggestions. Sapna at the front desk made check-in smooth and welcoming, and our requests were handled right away. Housekeeping kept the room spotless. Pooja from breakfast remembered our orders each day, which was a lovely bit of care. It was also nice chatting with BAR attendant Mr.Narpatsinh.
