My clients and friends were very happy with the support and experience at Amargarh Resort. I hosted a group of 120 guests there, and the event went smoothly thanks to the team's hard work. As a service provider, delivering a flawless experience for my clients is my biggest responsibility, and the resort team made that possible. Mr. Surendra Rathore was there whenever we needed him, proactive and focused on solutions. He never once said no, listened patiently to both praise and suggestions for improvement, and acted quickly on our requests. My heartfelt thanks also to Jeetu Bhaiya, who stayed busy from morning until midnight keeping operations on track. A special shout-out to the GM, Mr. Amar Singh Bhati, and Mr. Surendra Singh Rathore. I'd recommend Amargarh Resort for weddings, film shoots and corporate events. Thanks to the entire team for making the event a success.

Our family had a comfortable stay in room no. 226, and the food was very good. I enjoyed the resort's green luch garden 🏡, pool and food service. Restaurant Manager Aman was especially cooperative and helpful, while captain sanjeev was welcoming, warm, polite and professional. Keep it up, this resort is highly recommended and a must visit.

The main thing I'd like to see improved is room heating, especially for colder months. The architecture is beautiful and gives Amargarh Resort a lot of charm. Food was quite good, with a decent mix of dishes, and Rajni, Aman and Aditya were polite, cooperative and helpful throughout our stay. A nice property with potential, and a few small upgrades could make it even better.

I regret booking AMARBAUG RESORT and would tell others to think twice. The staff on call were unprofessional: after payment, they became unresponsive and unhelpful. They ignored attempts to contact them, didn't answer calls, and provided no proper communication or customer support. Transparency, cleanliness and customer service are basic expectations for a resort promising a quality stay, and I felt this place failed on all three. It seemed they only wanted the money without delivering what was promised. I wouldn't recommend Amarbaug Resort to anyone seeking a comfortable, reliable stay in Udaipur. If this continues, the resort should be closed. Amarbaug resort property is fraud.

We stayed in room no. 104 and had a very comfortable time. The food was very good, and I enjoyed the resort's green luch garden 🏡, pool and food service. The staff were all cooperative and helpful. The front office mam was especially welcoming, polite and professional. Keep it up, highly recommended, a must visit.
