A lovely hotel for a quiet, peaceful stay. I’d definitely recommend it.

The rooms and bedsheets were dirty, and the food situation was poor. What was available didn’t taste right. The staff seemed untrained, and the place felt like a waste of money. We wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

We stayed here on 8th & 9th Jun with my 55 dealers, and the only good thing about this resort was its location. The rooms had faulty AC, bathroom water problems, doors that didn’t work properly, and TVs with no channels. When we asked about channels, they said there was no recharge. There was no room service, the kitchen was very dirty, and the food was below standard. Some items, including Gulabjamun, were limited. The food was tasteless, and the paneer and some other items seemed rotten. There were no professional cooks; the hotel management and waiters cooked the food. Service and behavior were very poor. There were too few waiters, and staff were rude to our guests. Management also behaved rudely and changed the selected menu without asking, even though our choices had been written down. At checkout, they added charges of thousands of ₹ for two or three broken water glasses, charged ₹ 126/- for 1 Ltr Mineral water, and seemed to have no fixed charges. They gave me a total package price, then asked me to transfer an advance to account details for an Agra IDBI bank account. I thought it might not be connected to the resort. After everything was settled, I asked for a bill and was told I’d have to pay 18% extra on the quotation price. In the end, they refused to give me a bill. That means cheating the government on GST and cheating customers. At checkout, room 316’s key didn’t work, and neither did the master key. We waited almost two hours for our luggage. Staff entered the room through a window, and only then could we get our things. A complete mismanagement. Friends, please think about these unusual problems before booking. The hills, scenery, and architecture around the hotel are impressive. Staff are polite and helpful, though getting anything done can mean calling several times. The food was okay. Expect a digital detox: mobile reception is barely available in a few spots across the area, and WiFi only reaches reception with limited bandwidth. Watch your step on the stairs, too. They aren’t aligned properly and you could get hurt.
