The room was clean and the price was good, but the stay was pretty average. The shower didn't work properly, the washroom door wouldn't lock, and there was no lift. Even though we'd booked the whole floor, there was no privacy. The service was poor, and I couldn't tell whether this was an Airbnb or a hotel. There are better options around.

The rooms were in very good condition, and the air conditioning worked well. There was privacy and good service, and the facilities were comfortable for our family. The washroom and staff were good too. All in all, a good hotel.
