We went with friends for a party, and the room was in a pathetic state as soon as we walked in. Everything looked used and poorly maintained. The hotel was terrible and the staff even worse. When we dealt with the refund, the accounts staff spoke in a completely unprofessional way, like roadside people. They should stop calling this a hotel. Never visit.

Thanks for upgrading our room from deluxe to premium at no extra cost. I really enjoyed staying with you and loved the stay.

My advance booking was cancelled without a proper reason, then the rooms were listed again later at higher prices. It looks like customers who booked early were deliberately cheated. The staff are dishonest and cheaters. Avoid this place if you value honest service.

A good, affordable place to stay for a few days in Udaipur. The staff are really friendly, and Shiva cooks very well.

Booking with you made for a great experience. The room upgrade was an especially nice surprise: our deluxe room became a premium one at no extra charge. Thanks for looking after us so warmly. We’d love to come back soon.
