The colorful, modern interiors make the hotel feel much larger than its exterior suggests. We were given an upgrade for one room, which was a nice surprise, and the staff were very polite. The breakfast spread was worth having, and the food was great. We didn’t get around to trying the rooftop restaurant, but room service was up to the mark. Rickshaws were available right outside. The pool was temperature controlled, which worked well for the kids, though it could have been cleaner. We’d definitely visit again.

Sameena and Kamalesh at reception were especially helpful, going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The rest of the team were welcoming and courteous too, always ready to guide us. We stayed five nights, and as a kind gesture for the long visit, received a lovely photo frame and a delicious cake as a compliment. The hotel is conveniently close to the main tourist attractions. Our room was clean and well maintained, and breakfast had a broad selection of cuisines, including a live dosa counter. We really enjoyed our time at Sierra and would happily stay here again.

Soul, the terrace restaurant, is amazing. We had a wonderful stay as a couple: the room was cozy, clean, and well looked after, with a private, comfortable feel. The peaceful atmosphere and convenient location suited us well. Staff were supportive and polite throughout, and we’d recommend the hotel to couples looking for a relaxing stay.

Samina and Steve at the front desk made a strong impression. They were warm, professional, and helpful, taking care of everything from check-in to local recommendations and always greeting us with a smile. Housekeeping also did a great job, keeping the rooms spotless each day and being attentive and polite. Sierra by the Lake is beautiful and peaceful, in a great spot for enjoying Udaipur’s scenery. My room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and I had a really relaxing stay.

Sierra Udaipur is peaceful, surrounded by nature, and beautifully maintained. Staff were welcoming, polite, and ready to help. It was a memorable stay, and I’d recommend it for a relaxing getaway or a special occasion. 🎂✨
