The problem was Surendar. He spoke to me in a shockingly rude, disrespectful way and made me feel unwelcome instead of helping. I’ve never encountered such an unprofessional attitude at a hotel. My stay was a huge disappointment, and I wouldn’t recommend this place. Management needs to address its customer service so other guests don’t have the same experience.

At Ananta Hotel, the staff and manager behaved very badly. They didn’t know how to speak to my guest, and offered no facilities to event organisers coming from outside. One staff member was called Surendar; the other two had no nameplates.

Really bad experience. The staff were very rude. Be careful booking online or paying in advance, because the manager may add extra charges.

I had a very bad experience with OYO 5712 HOTEL ANANT PLACE. The hotel manager charged extra, so please be careful about booking and paying online.

The rooms are very spacious, though they could be cleaner. A few of the bathroom taps were leaking.
