Treebo Trend Royal Dizire

Date: 24/02/26. Please read this carefully before booking. If I could give this property -5 stars, I would. That's my bad luck. Even though my room was part of a package, the hotel charged for mineral water. It was only 20/- elsewhere in my past experience, but they asked me for 30/- per bottle. The hotel's electrical maintenance was poor: a short circuit at night left us without lights, and there was little water in the washrooms, with none available in the room. There was no backup facility, and management was poor. I saw a lizard in the kitchen, which gives you an idea of the poor cleaning. At dinner there weren't enough cooks to serve meals on time. Breakfast today had only two or three items and cold tea, with no one looking after it. The location near Udaipur City Palace and other places is the only good thing. I would never recommend this property for future plans. Thanks, team Hotel Royal Desire.

I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels and resorts across different cities, but this one was bad enough that I felt I had to write about it. The service was poor and the food wasn’t good. I also saw other guests taking water bottles straight from the kitchen storage without permission, which looked like a kind of theft. Then the management charged us 30/- per bottle. 😆

The rooftop was a lovely place to unwind in the evenings, and the polite staff and central location made my stay at Hotel Royal Dezire pleasant. I was there in the second week of November, peak season in Udaipur, and the hotel was fully booked. There was noise during the day and late at night, and the mattress was too soft for me, so I didn’t sleep well. The geyser isn’t available all day, but you can ask for hot water after 9 AM and the staff arrange it promptly. Despite those issues, I found it good value, especially for families and couples wanting easy access to Udaipur’s main attractions.

The breakfast was delicious, and the rent was suitable. It’s a very nice, neat and clean hotel, with good service from the staff. You can also see a beautiful view from the upper side of the hotel.
