Ushaan Haveli

The location was quiet enough for a good night’s sleep, but still only a 10 min walk from the city palace and close to shops and other attractions. The rooftop had a great view, too. We had a spacious room and bathroom, with a great shower, wifi that worked well, and a mini fridge. The room design was lovely, and the complimentary breakfast had plenty of delicious options. Staff made sure our needs were met. On checkout day, we could still use the refreshing pool while waiting for our bus to the next destination. We’d definitely stay again if we return.

Mr kuldip Purohit made us feel at home with his friendly manner, warm smile, and personal attention. Inder and another staff member whose name I don’t know were extremely humble, polite, and ready to help. They don’t say more than what’s asked, but their service left a lasting impression. Mr kuldip, they’re your stars, and deserve a pay raise. Please pay them handomsly. We had a pleasant stay at Ushan Haveli. It has a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and kind people. The service was excellent, and I’d recommend it for a friendly, memorable visit.

The mountain view from our room and the rooftop canteen made the stay special. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and had a good range of options. The staff were polite, helpful, and professional throughout. Our room was clean, well maintained, and had excellent facilities. Everything was organized well, and the washroom was spotless and hygienic. We had a comfortable, pleasant stay and would recommend it.

Getting to Ushan Haveli can be a little tricky in a big vehicle because it’s in the old city, where the streets are narrow. A scooty rental or walking around makes it easier to explore and enjoy the local feel. I didn’t try the food at the hotel, so I can’t comment on it. The property has a lovely traditional vibe, clean and comfortable rooms, and a peaceful atmosphere that’s good for relaxing after a long day. Kuldeep ji was kind and helpful, personally checking that guests were comfortable and bringing a homely touch. The team is small, but very active and responsive when you need help. It’s good value for money, and I’d recommend it and happily stay again.
