We booked four rooms for two days and ran into problems in every one. On December 25, 2025, all the windows were open and it was very cold. I got a fever, and no blanket was provided. After we asked many times, they moved us to another room, but it had no tumbler, towel, or soap, and the bathroom door wouldn't close. The rooms and bathrooms were very unhygienic, and the staff were very rude. We had already paid for two days and couldn't change hotels, which left us stuck there. Please check the photos I posted and avoid booking this hotel. It ruined our holiday.

The bathroom was damp, and the other room they offered had the same issue. In my room, there was no commode seat cover, and the bedsheet had blood and semen stains. When I asked for a clean sheet or another room, they brushed it off by saying that happens. At check-in they also made me wait 30 minutes, insisting I pay in advance for breakfast the next day even though I said I wasn't sure I'd have it. Breakfast was far too expensive, 160 rupees for tea and poha. The whole stay was awful.

We found empty alcohol bottles in the room almirah, the sheets were torn and dirty, the bathroom was unclean, and the geyser didn't work, so there was no hot water. The room hadn't been properly cleaned, and the overall hygiene was terrible. Staff were hard to find, careless, unprofessional, and unhelpful. We had to carry our own luggage to and from the room. The receptionist was drunk most of the time, which left us feeling unsafe and uncomfortable. We complained, but nothing was done. This was one of my worst hotel stays, with no basic hospitality. I strongly don't recommend it.

I stayed for two nights, on the 14th and 15th of February. There was no power backup, the TV was malfunctioning, the AC didn't work, and no water bottles were provided. Even a dental kit cost 20 rupees. The washroom was pathetic. I booked a deluxe room on Agoda, but the attendant gave me a room about half the size, saying the other rooms were full for Valentine's Day after seeing the price I'd paid. Don't book online.

The hotel was in poor shape, with old-looking rooms, an unpleasant smell, and dirty sheets and pillow covers. Its online photos are misleading. I couldn't stay in the room even for 30 minutes and had to book somewhere else. A very bad experience.
