Don't miss breakfast, there's a wide variety and it's excellent. Bhairavgarh Palace itself is stunning and well maintained, and all the staff were generous, kind, and helpful. We spent two days there celebrating our anniversary, and the stay was unforgettable. My husband arranged a wonderful surprise with help from Kailash, Shivram, Asha, Ravi, and Tabish, whose coordination made the occasion special. Ronak also deserves a mention for handling everything so well and being incredibly sweet. I'd recommend this place to everyone.

It's a birthday I'll always cherish, and I'd recommend this place in Udaipur to anyone after a refined, memorable dining experience.

Phiban Lambha was especially kind and attentive, checking in often to make sure we had what we needed. The hospitality and food were very good, and we had a wonderful stay. The hotel has a beautiful view and a peaceful location that's great for relaxing. We'd be happy to visit again.

Mr. Inder personally refused my refund request, even after I shared medical documents and explained what had happened. I expected him to understand and help resolve the matter fairly, but there was no support or consideration. I'd avoid this property if you expect flexibility, compassion, or basic customer care in a difficult situation. I had booked Bhairavgarh Palace from 24th to 26th April for my wife's birthday. On 23rd April, my son suddenly became seriously ill with a stomach infection, and the doctor strictly told us not to travel. He had to be hospitalized for 4 days. I informed management right away and sent the medical reports and discharge summary, asking for a cancellation, refund, or at least a change of dates. Despite the proof and genuine emergency, they would neither refund the amount nor adjust the booking. It felt like they showed no empathy or hospitality toward a real medical emergency. Since they denied my refund, I can only assume my hard-earned money will go toward renovating or configuring rooms, or upgrading the restaurant and hotel facilities. I had hoped that if they couldn't refund it, they might at least use it for something meaningful or social service activities. This was an extremely disappointing and embarrassing experience.
