Anroute Stays Freeganj

The food and location are good, and the staff are really helpful. It's affordable, though it isn't quite like a 4 star hotel, but still not far off. We've visited twice now, and this will always be one of our choices. It's across from indian coffee house, so there's no problem finding food if you want other options. You can also get around easily from here.

We've stayed at this hotel for the past 5 years and have always had a good experience. The staff are very polite and helpful, especially Jitendra ji, who helped arrange our room. Thanks so much for all your support 🙏

Rooms are decent, but the manager, Mr Jitendra, was very rude and the way they acted felt unethical. The room booking showed the same rate for single and double occupancy, yet they charged extra for the second person. They also said they would only cancel the booking. They had no manners in how they spoke and were very unprofessional. The location is okayish, but very far from the temple. I only stayed because I booked at the last minute and the other available places were costly. I'd already spent enough, otherwise I would have told them to cancel. Given their behaviour, I wouldn't recommend staying here. I don't usually post reviews like this, but they are doing wrong and unethical work, and are rude and don't know how to talk.

Not good value for money. The room had cockroaches, the bedsheet and floor were dirty, and the toilet wasn't clean either. A very bad experience, and I don't recommend this property.
