The room was nowhere near worth what I paid. The sheets and pillowcases looked like they hadn't been changed after the last guest, and the heater didn't work, so the room was uncomfortable. The washroom bolts were rusty and broken, and parking was a hassle too. A really disappointing stay, I wouldn't recommend it.

The bed was the worst part. The sheets and pillow covers hadn't been changed. The heater was out, the washroom locks were broken, and parking was a headache. The room wasn't worth the price at all. Avoid.

Service was great, especially from the polite and helpful boy at reception. The property is in a good area, though the location itself isn't ideal. The lift takes quite a while.

The room was spacious and the bed was a good size, which is why I gave it two stars. Otherwise, it wasn't worth even one. We were told there was parking, but had to wait 20 minutes for a spot in the basement. Inside, there was mould, cement falling away, dirty bedding, cockroaches, and spiderwebs in the toilet. The pillows were mouldy and dirty too. There was no TV at first, and the one they brought later didn't work; they blamed the rain and said there was no signal. We got just one towel for two people, and despite staying three nights, the room was never cleaned.
