Thank you Tony, Kapil, Siddesh, Akshay, Akash, Hemant, Yash, and everyone at Baghtola Bandhavgarh for such a lovely stay. The team was warm, attentive, and truly hospitable, and the naturalists especially made the forest vivid with their knowledge and stories, on safari and over coffee. The rooms, service, and food all felt personal and carefully put together. Each meal was delicious and planned with care, so we looked forward to the next one. Whether with friends, family, or on your own, give Bagh Tola a chance. It stays with you after you leave.

The food was a huge treat during our 4 days, with amazing dishes from Indian to Balinese and Italian cooking. The chefs even adapted everything into Gluten-free options, and the gnocchi and ravioli were especially yummy. The staff were fantastic at anticipating what we might need. The large tents are beautifully decorated, and the bed was super comfortable. We saw tigers on every outing, and the way this was handled was the best of all the parks and lodges we visited during 6 weeks in Indian jungles. 2026 has just started, and I know we'll be back before it ends!

The safaris were a success, and we saw lots of wildlife while learning along the way. Bagh Tola's staff made us feel incredibly welcome and cared for, and the food made every meal feel special. We loved the whole stay and already miss it. Can't wait to return.

I've stayed in both the superior tent category and the luxury Founder's camp, and enjoyed them both. Founder's camp has its own dining area and a pool that's heated in winter. The place feels very homely, the food is to die for, and hospitality gets an 11/10. Make sure to try one of Somnath's concotions, he's THE wunderkind mixologist there.

I stayed at Bagh Tola in May 2025 and was among the first guests at the newly finished Founder’s Camp. The design and refined luxury are spectacular, with every detail considered, from the buildings and interiors to the smooth service and peaceful setting. I also spent a night in the original camp, which was comfortable, well appointed, and still up to Bagh Tola's standards. For most of my visit I was the only guest, but the staff were consistently gracious and attentive. The little touches mattered, like waving me off before a drive and greeting me afterward with a cold drink and towel. The food was excellent throughout. The dining and library tents were beautifully equipped and comfortable, with a quiet elegance that made it easy to slow down with a book between drives. Bagh Tola feels like a place where the details help you feel at home in the wild.
