I had a very unpleasant stay, with poor service and repeated inconvenience. The staff were discourteous and uncooperative, and showed little basic courtesy or professionalism. There was a clear lack of hospitality, and the management needs to improve how guests are treated. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The room was super clean and felt deluxe, and the bathroom was great too. The bed was very soft to lie on, and the Android TV covered the other entertainment needs. Staff were kind and seemed happy to help. They also have different room types, including ones with a bathtub and a couple friendly heart shaped bed. Full paisa vasool, best hotel in town, and a must visit for couples!

Really awful experience. The service was bad and I faced a lot of inconvenience. Staff were extremely rude and clearly need to learn hotel management.

Worst response. Even after booking, they refuse to confirm the hotel. A terrible experience.

The owners were very friendly, and the staff were helpful. It’s a lovely hotel in an excellent location. Rooms were spotless and cleaned every day, and the property is clearly well looked after.
