We marked our 3rd wedding anniversary here, and the team surprised us with balloons in the room and a cake on the house. It was thoughtful and made the occasion memorable. We were travelling with a young child, and the staff accommodated our child-friendly food requests, which made the stay stress-free as a family. Niru at the restaurant was warm and attentive, always checking in with a smile, and Chef Sahabasan was humble and thoughtful about our food preferences. Sanjiv, the restaurant manager, was welcoming and proactive, and personally made sure everything was taken care of. The dining experience was exceptional. Housekeeping was efficient and courteous as well. We stayed two nights at Hampton by Hilton Vadodara (Alkapuri) while travelling from Mumbai. The standard rooms are a little compact, but very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Reception staff were polite and professional. The central location near shopping areas and the airport is another plus. We'd happily stay again, and recommend it to families and business travellers.

If I'm back in Baroda, I'll stay here again. Prakruti, the Hotel manager, was welcoming and personally attended to our queries. Vipul, the Housekeeping rooms attendant, dealt with issues quickly and was very helpful, with professionalism that's hard to beat. Sameer at the Frontdesk made arranging an early check-in easy. The chef's kindness made our visit unforgettable. We were treated to hot, garam-garam emarti with such warmth and care, a rare and lovely gesture. The soup was fantastic and comforting too. This place gives you more than food. It gives hospitality, generosity, and love. Moments like that stay with you after the meal. Highly recommended if you value good food and kind people. ❤️🍲🍬

The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and presented well, and the whole staff were courteous and ready to help with a smile. Hassan, the head of the kitchen, greeted guests personally and made sure everyone was comfortable. He kindly checked if we needed anything and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. His professionalism and warmth gave the stay a personal touch. Service, food quality, and hospitality all exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this welcoming, comfortable hotel!

A good place to stay, and everything else was fine. But the dining staff could use better manners. During dinner, a waiter suddenly asked us to move to another table while we were still eating. That kind of service can be disappointing.
