After checkout, I realized at the airport that I’d accidentally left my water bottle in my room. I called Hotel Airport in a panic, and the manager/receptionist personally came all the way there to return it. That was such a thoughtful, genuine gesture, and really went above and beyond. The staff were kind and helpful during my stay, too. I appreciate their hospitality and professionalism, and definitely recommend staying here.

The staff gave great service and went out of their way to make the stay a good experience. It was surprisingly quiet, even with the hotel opposite the airport. The room itself was great, but the bathroom wasn’t so good and needed a proper clean.

The room was very bad, and the staff’s attitude toward guests wasn’t good. They charged more than what had been agreed over the phone.
