Getting around to the main viewpoints and local attractions was easy from here, which saved us a lot of travel time. The location made a great base for our trip. Our room was clean and the service was excellent, and everything went smoothly. We had a stress-free stay and would highly recommend it.

The view from the resort is fantastic. It’s a little outside the busy city, but the sightseeing spots are close by. The hotel isn’t operating, so they only provide a very basic breakfast. For anything else, you need to order from a nearby restaurant that delivers to the resort.

This was a very disappointing stay, and it spoiled our trip. The hospitality and the way guests were treated were awful, especially for people who booked through MakeMyTrip. We were charged for breakfast but only got puri and bhaji, with no variety. The beds were very small, so our family would have needed two rooms. This property wasn’t suitable for a family. I wish the rating could have been zero.

The restaurant wasn’t available, and room service was poor. We had to travel quite far to find decent food, which was inconvenient, so it’s best to arrange meals ahead of time. The rooms and ambience, though, were amazing: clean, calm, and well maintained. For the stay and atmosphere, it deserves a top rating.

It’s a budget-friendly option right across from Pine Valley, with lovely tea hill views from some rooms. Our Deluxe room was spacious enough for our small family and well furnished. The Pine forests are just a two-minute walk away, and there’s space on the property for kids to walk and run around. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was basic, just idli and sambar, but the convenient location and parking made up for that.
