Cali Stays & Cafe By the Bay

A cozy cafe where the coffee is brewed just right and the food tastes fresh and delicious. The staff were attentive and polite, too. It made for a lovely place to relax and spend some time. Highly recommended!

The parties are a big part of what makes Cali memorable, with great music, a fantastic crowd, and enough energy to keep you going all night. The cocktails are creative, fresh, and some of the best I've had in Goa, and the food is delicious too. The rooms are spacious, beautifully done, and comfortable as soon as you walk in. Surrounded by greenery, the property has a refreshing, scenic feel. If you're after a stay with great drinks, food, and parties, Cali is the spot. One of my best Goa experiences, and I can't wait to come back.

The café had a cozy feel, with good coffee and tasty snacks. I also found the room clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. A very pleasant stay.

We got there at 2:30 am, half an hour after the after party was supposed to start, and the place was completely dead except for a waiter. He said people would arrive around 4, so we returned later, but nothing had changed. There were nine of us, and we went in anyway, thinking we could dance among ourselves if the DJ was good. Farhin, the manager, said they would refund us if a crowd didn't show within 30 minutes. Two hours later, there was still no crowd, Farhin was gone, and we were left with the drunk organizer Azeem. He belittled and threatened us, even though girls were with us, then refused to honor Farhin's promise and claimed we'd enjoyed three hours there. The DJ was awful and wouldn't take requests. We mostly sat helplessly by the dance floor. This club ruined our whole day, and the worst part is they still made money from it. We'd called first to book for the long-weekend event, but were asked to pay the full 2k per person upfront, so we decided to check the place out before paying.
