The rooms felt more like a cheap OYO than the property shown in the online photos. The hotel looked nothing like what was advertised, and the service was terrible. Manager Karishma never answered our calls or called back when we needed help. Once the booking was done, it felt like guests were simply ignored. Definitely not worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend it.

Arriving in the scorching heat, we weren't even allowed to stay properly or relax. There was no basic empathy or hospitality, and it felt like we were being pushed out instead of welcomed. The ground manager, Karishma, was rude and unaccommodating from the start, making the atmosphere uncomfortable and hostile. The whole stay at Aquasol Villas felt poorly managed and dishonest. The owner’s attitude made things worse, and our expectations weren't met at all. This was a genuinely horrible experience, and I'd strongly tell others to avoid the place if they want a comfortable, respectful stay.

We paid 1 lakh for four villas, and our group of nearly 30 people was treated with no basic decency. During Goa's summer heat, a friend fainted, but the ground manager, Karishma, didn't even give us water. She shouted and yelled at us, threw our luggage away while we waited for our cabs, and basically threw us out. She acted as if she owned the property and could dictate the whole stay, which wasn't fair. This was the worst stay of our lives. She should be fired. Learn how to host before listing the property.

The pool was well maintained, and we had a pleasant four-day stay. The rooms were spacious and good, with AC, hot water and kitchens equipped with utensils. You'll just need to buy groceries. Most villas were in good condition, though a few had damaged doors. The main drawback was the TVs. There is one in each room, but they don't work. Wi-Fi is available but restricted from connecting to them, and there are no local channels. Without a working TV, the villa can feel boring, so bring a Bluetooth speaker.
