The owners took great care of the place and gave us a very warm welcome. It's well maintained, homely, and hygienic, with a lovely team looking after it. Staying here feels more like being at home in a five-star villa than at a commercial hotel. I'd love to stay here every time I visit Goa.

Susan is usually at reception, and she's warm, friendly, and lovely to talk with. She made sure our needs were taken care of. The couple running the place are lovely, the food is yummy, and the staff were helpful and friendly too. Our room was large, comfortable, and well maintained. We had a wonderful stay, would happily return, and would recommend it.

The owners, Mr and Mrs Thomas, are closely involved in the day to day running of this nice resort tucked away in Anjuna. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff are courteous. They can also arrange scooters at moderate rates for getting around the city.

The rooms are huge, and on our last day we were upgraded to a deluxe suite, which earned that extra star. There's an old school charm to the place, and once you get inside, it's big and pleasant enough to tune out the outside world. The staff were probably the nicest and most hospitable I've met anywhere in Goa.

The restaurant serves both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food, so as a pure vegetarian I didn't eat there. The rest of the facilities were all there: a clean pool, great Wi-Fi, and neat, clean rooms with a microwave, fridge, hot water kettle, iron, and ironing board. It's a calm, lovely resort and a good fit for a peaceful, relaxing stay in Goa. Mr. Thomas, I really appreciate how well you maintain it. I'll be back with my family soon.
