The location and price are the best things about this place, and the rooms were very tidy. Staff came every day to clean and change the sheets. The pool was the one problem: its motor wasn’t working, the water was quite dirty, and it had too much chlorine. It’s a good place for a family to stay for a few days and enjoy. Also, the water purifier takes ages to fill bottles, so it’s better to buy water from blinkit.

I booked the Airbnb managed by Rupesh. The rooms looked just like the photos and the service was very good. Special thanks to Rupesh for being so welcoming and hospitable.

I booked a nice room on Airbnb with Simran as the host. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was nice, and the host was great. It has all the basic things you’d want: TV, Wi-Fi, geaser, AC, inverter, lift, swimming pool, and a sea view from the balcony as well as a pool view.

My wife and I came to Goa for her birthday, and this stay ended up ruining the trip. We booked a one-bedroom apartment through Airbnb after seeing the photos, but Ashna Ahuja agreed to take the booking directly. We paid in advance and received confirmation for March 16-22, 2024. The day before arrival, she said plumbing problems meant our apartment wasn't ready. She offered a three-bedroom villa for March 16-20, then a two-bedroom place from March 21, saying it would be ready after repairs. She asked for extra money for the villa, which I paid. While I was boarding my flight on the 16th, she called to say the villa was no longer available. Instead, she arranged a friend's place for that night and said we'd move to the two-bedroom the next morning. She told me that apartment was ready. The first night's place was actually nice, but only for that one night. The two-bedroom was awful. The toilet seats were stained, there was a used sanitary pad in the bin, and the gas regulator was broken and leaked when turned on. There were no drinking glasses or microwave, and the fridge was dirty. Water problems began in the building on the third day, and we never got glasses despite reporting the issues as they came up. She sent the caretaker to deal with some things, but others were left unresolved. We booked an Airbnb expecting basic facilities. Although she lived in the same complex, she didn't come to see us. When we insisted on meeting, she said she was unwell and sent medical reports. I sympathized, but she could have invited us to her apartment. Later, I saw her riding a two-wheeler on the day she'd said she was in Panji for treatment, so I felt she'd lied. Building security also told me the apartment we'd booked had been rented to foreigners for those same dates. I believe she double-booked it despite confirming our stay, and kept misleading us rather than facing us. The photos I added show what I booked compared with what I got. Based on my experience, don't stay here, and especially don't book through Ashna Ahuja. She is a fraud.
